submitted by Judy D. - |Recommended: YesThe Alden is a good place to live, the property staff are very helpful and courteous, although sometimes the maintenance staff takes a little longer to resolve issues and make repairs, grounds keeping has improved. — It's home.

submitted by Ayla P. - |Recommended: YesOkay to start out — If you’re desperate for a place to live, this will suffice. However the place seems to be falling apart slowly and my roommate and I hardly touch the place.
submitted by Lasania M. - |Recommended: YesGood and Bad — The complex is nice to live in on a whole Staff is friendly and courteous My 2 main issues is that a few dog owners hardly pick up after their dogs and the other one is that in a time of a pandemic when people were struggling financially they were refused use of the pool if they were behind on rent And I thought that was really inhumane as every single person were faced with this sudden disaster who would have loved to unwind by the pool just to feel a sigh of relief, and to stop people from enjoying the leisures of the complex because they fell on hard time was very unreasonable to me. It’s like you advertise you have a pool to gain traction but then people find out that using the pool is a privilege. I personally felt they didn’t have to isolate people facing difficult times like that to tell them they’re not allowed to get wet and float because the pandemic put them out of a job. But other from that the property is well kept, there’s ample parking… it might not be by your door but parking is in abundance. Apartments are nicely designed and spacious. You come, you go, nobody bothered or harass you Nice, quiet little community to raise your family.
submitted by Anthony Z. - |Recommended: YesParking stinks — Maitnance crew is good but the parking stinks
submitted by LOUIS D. - |Recommended: YesUnits are nice community isn’t great. — I enjoy the units and the service from the leasing office. The upkeep of some of the property isn’t the greatest and a lot of the residents aren’t the cleanest and it’s a bit of a bad taste. The parking is convenient but i notice a lot of people that do not have a pass takes up majority of the spots available so i have to park a fair distance away from my unit.
