So, sosubmitted by Carolyn - |Recommended: NoWe've been here since March and have seen people come and go. We've have issues inside of our apartment that we've called about and things haven't been dealt with. We have a 2 bedroom classic style apartment and it's not worth close to what we are paying a month. Our mailbox was broken, we called twice about it and nobody came to fix it, so we fixed it ourselves. Parking is an issue around here also. If you have to call the rent office good luck because no one answers the phone and it'll send you to the corporate offices which then seems like it takes longer to get done what you need. We're looking to move out once the end of our lease hits.
Nice for the time beingsubmitted by Charde A. - |Recommended: YesThe town house portion of the apartments are nice. You get a basement which is a cool upgrade. Parking is a hit or miss due to how saturated the place is due its size. The management and maintenance are very helpful and get things handled and fixed within a timely manner.
It's a beautiful and peaceful community.submitted by Michelle P. - |Recommended: YesIt's great.
Not a bad place.submitted by Emily M. - |Recommended: NoOverall, I was pleased with the cost and efficiency of my unit, as well as how nice and professional the office staff were. Any time I needed maintenance or an issue resolved, it was documented and resolved quickly, especially if it were emergent such as heating or water issues. The new management company seemed to have taken a serious interest in making the complex more attractive and more efficient which is always a plus. Some units, such as mine - I rented a junior apartment, do not have a thermostat, so you are at the mercy of the standard temperature. I would recommend securing a unit that you can control the thermostat, but I was always nice and warm in the winter. My only complaint is that many of my neighbors had no regard for others in the building in terms of excessive noise during the evenings, littering, and no respect to quiet hours during the work week. Unfortunately, the apartment management cannot control inconsiderate neighbors, but they did address the issue in one form or another when I complained to the central office since I was fearful of retaliation from my noisy neighbors.
Averagesubmitted by Cody P. - |Recommended: NoTaking away guest parking is a huge issue. Neighbors gone be neighbors so im not bothered by it. and i over heard there will be payments on sewage and dumpster, which i feel as though i should not have to pay for unless my rent is going to be decreased. My taxes should pay for the sewage and garbage.I would not recommend until things are suitable to me convenience.

Its a great location, within a great school districtsubmitted by Jasmine D. - |Recommended: YesI moved to this community in 2016. Since then, management has changed twice. While that seems a bit daunting, I do see improvements in the community. I love its proximity to local stores, and how quick it is to get to downtown Pittsburgh on public transportation about 25 minutes . Apartment wise, I live in a remodeled space. The non-remodeled apartments really aren't worth living in. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, the response time is very quick when submitted online. Parking can be a nightmare past a certain time of night. The only two things I wish they'd implement are storage spaces for each unit most important , and locked building doors.
